Featurespace uses machine learning (adaptive behavioural analytics) to deliver world-leading, real-time fraud detection solution to the financial services industry.
Nesta first invested £650k in 2010, becoming the company’s first institutional investor. Since then, we have invested in 4 further funding rounds, investing £2.3m in total as the company has gone on to raise c.£50m from VCs including IP Group, Highland Europe, Insight, TTV and Invoke.
During our involvement with the company, Featurespace has transitioned from a technical consulting company into a market-leading fraud detection provider, partnering and licensing its technology to some of the foremost players in the financial services industry across the globe.
