We are an impact investor. We make long term investments in organisations creating innovative products and services that aim to deliver social or environmental impact, improving outcomes for people and planet.

We are an experienced team of investors with backgrounds in venture investment, technology development, public sector service delivery and social impact evaluation. Most of us have been personally involved in running start-ups at some point in our careers.

Nesta has been investing for over 20 years in enterprises exploiting innovative technology to create societal and financial value with the unique insight and network that comes from being a core part of Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency for social good.
